Lisa Berkin Designs' Original Service

All Services

Commercial and Residential Container Design

Lisa Berkin Designs' original service shares the beauty of premium indoor and outdoor plants all year long. With almost two decades of artistry behind us, we have loyally served the local Hingham, Hull, Scituate, Weymouth, Cohasset, and Hanover communities since our establishment in 2004.

We are passionate about designing lively, bright containers that grow even more beautiful as the season progresses! With water, sunlight, and love, expect your flowers to remain happy (and stunning) all season long! During the winter, we provide the highest quality greenery and seasonal touches like berries, eucalyptus pods, and decorative sparkly accents. We use natural flowers and foliage in all of our designs and accept silk flower orders upon request.

Container Design Process and Pricing

Container Design process and pricing

What goes into our container design services?

At Lisa Berkin Designs, we care deeply about providing premium planter design services at a fair price for our customers. While we tailor every container to our client's unique needs and preferences, there are a few key areas that determine the process and pricing for container design services:

1. Labor: We come to you with all our materials on-hand and design on location, so we charge a standard service fee which includes gathering and transporting materials, waste disposal, design, and clean-up.

2. Container cost: We do not sell containers, but we're always happy to advise what fits your space and budget best. After you purchase planters, leave the designing to us!

3. Materials: Materials cost depends on container size and client preferences. A small container typically starts at around $85 of premium plant materials. We normally leave some room for the plants to grow into their new space, but customers who specifically request 'no soil gaps' from the beginning will receive more plants and therefore have a higher materials cost.

4. Specialty plants: Flowering vines like Mandevilla, plants like rosemary and statement ferns, topiaries, and evergreens like cypress and arborvitae are higher-end plants that increase container costs accordingly. We design with these beauties when clients express they want something truly unique, or when we get to know our customers' tastes and anticipate what they'll love each season. Seasonality and demand also plays a role in pricing.

5. Add on services: See below for our full list of add on services.
